Stretching - How I Do: Leg #1

Ok I figured I could share a little about how I stretch and easy exercises.
Why do I stretch? - I think it is really awesome to be flexible, it is an ability that everyone can practice and get better on - No excuses. I also love when you feel the muscles in your body strain when you relax along with a light and smooth pain going through your leg or arm or whatever. It is a good, special feeling!
Always stretch for yourself, do what you are able to do. There is a fine line between that special smooth pain and agony!
Before you start, make sure of your level of ability to strain your muscles and comfort.
Example; I always start with position a) due to stiffness after a work out, and later I do the same exercise again but with position b) instead and a bit longer. The seconds given in this exercise below is for the a) start up stretch.
